Apart from employer brand and recruitment marketing, I am experienced in HR-tech and creative partnerships, and internal employee communications. I group all this into "talent communications"—the bigger, holistic talent picture. The foundation of my talent communications experience is in this area, including brand story and key message pillar development, marketing campaign development and creative direction, career sites UX/design/build, and bespoke digital or event marketing for targeted geographies, and candidate groups or initiatives such as grad recruiting.
