FWD Insurance needed to promote their competitive Digital Graduate Programme to university students across SE Asia. I helped them with a variety of possible programme themes including the chosen idea, grads identifying with their "special force" propelling them ahead.
Instead of explicity calling our roles or work areas, we kept it broader and about the person, so forces could be creative, enthusiast, innovator and problem solver.
I first created a storyboard for a "follow" type video, where the camera tracks or "shadows" someone through the work environment. Our subject was FWD's Chief Digital Officer, Ryan Kim. I wrote a suggested script for him, with basic instructions on his actions walking through offices, visiting with employees under his VO, then periodically talking on camera. I could not attend this Shanghai shoot in person due to budget and instead used Lemonlight Studio and directed virtually.
