Video to get attention of Mack dealership managers and service technicians to the Mack Masters competition. This is a USA nationwide team contest for service excellence. My agency helped them with all collateral and promotional material. I was mostly involved planning the main messages and conceptual theme for the annual competition and overseeing production. For the video shown here, this was the centerpiece of the campaign and I wrote the story and storyboarded, then traveled to a real Mack service facility for a day of shooting. The main character is a local actor, but all others are real Mack employees. Two cameras, and although we had a storyline and production list to get through, we kept things fairly open ended so as not to ask too much of our non-pro talent. We wanted them to just do their work and capture that authenticity. Really proud of how this turned out and the wonderful edit, especially for a completely agency-team produced spot.
