EVP, career site, social assets, and recruitment materials for LHC, now a part of United Healthcare. They were migrating to ICIMS career site platform and after working out their EVP we assisted with planning, including wireframes and UX design. LHC also asked us to prepare an extensive toolkit with tone of voice, key messages, copy examples and ready-to-use assets. We also prepared template assets for their DAM platform (digital asset manager). All this would help them equip their TA team and recruiters with the right messages and right visual designs when they needed it. Whilst the visuals seen here are static, a key feature for LHC's concept was animated type and "doodles". This was strategically to align with their more human message, bringing a spontaneous scribble by a human hand to edit one message into another. These animations played out in digital display ads, social posts, and through .json files, on the website as well.
