UofM had a beautiful campus in one of the world's most interesting cities, Sydney, Australia, plus a top shelf academic reputation. So they'd no problem attracting studens, nor staff .. typically. But filling technology careers was highly competitive and they needed to level up their game. My team did the insights work and from there I helped craft strategic message options. From a selected direction my designers crafted all the assets needed for a campaign launch and sustainment. I also contributed copy for these assets, including social posts. I also helped with content and formatting improvements for their job post ads based on our insights for each key role persona and added this to their toolkit (see example slides from this kit at end).
Below: we created a toolkit which walked UofM TA leaders and recruiters through the value proposition, tone of voice, fonts and colors, designated images, examples of ready-to-use assets and formatting instructions for any future designs.
