Advance knew a lot of their best future employees were coming in everyday .. as customers. We needed to briefly but positively interrupt their parts-shopping mission to put a career thought into their heads. My messages were fun, not-too-serious and used familiar language (visual and written) to introduce the idea of applying. Social media posts, in this carousel, tied into the in-store effort. As a gearhead and Advance customer myself, this campaign concept came naturally!
