Lots of great experience for Atos, France, for grad, internship and apprentice hiring. Web banner ad campaigns, a photo shoot, an interactive video. Also helped them refresh job descriptions/posts (experienced roles). The i'actv video can't be show here as was hosted by a special platform during the campaign, but I've shared a peek at the planning that goes into such a project. Though complex to plan and execute, I do love interactive video and wished more employers would make the investment. Once built, it can be economically used as a template with updated content year over year, helping to justify the investment.
To sell the client on a shoot, I put together a plan (see below) that covered the need, our expertise, team and process, our approach to meet the business need and brand standards, what client needed to help with, and examples for Women in Tech hiring target, samples from our other clients and photographer recommendations. This thoroughness gave them the confidence to green light our team in London and a great studio, Janno, to commence this work. Great results!!
My role was as CD, and functionally I created a storyline and navigation plan. I then put a 25 page plan together showing all 4 story options/branches users could choose based on interest in 4 digital areas, plus actors' script and navigation helper dialogue. I designed props such as book covers, t-shirts with logos and coffee mugs with sayings, 4 versions for each hiring area, that would show up in screens as hot/clickable areas, and these would have something connecting to their interest, such as a book title on cyber security. I planned and designed the graphics package with lower thirds and other interactive navigation elements, as well as a titling sequence. Janno Media did the shoot and video production. A really fun, intense and kinda nerdy video project :-)
